Solved

• keychain -> kwallet is said to work using this AppleScript-based approach
• AddressBook -> Plaxo

  AddressBook export is badly broken. The only workaround I have found to get stuff out of AddressBook reliably is Plaxo. This is a better choice than kaddressbook anyway.

• Google Calendar -> import of iCal files succeeded! But no support for to-do lists. (korganizer keeps crashing on the first iCal calendar file I migrated)
• Gmail -> its contact manager supports only three fields: name, email, phone. Everything else ends up in the notes field. This is hardly a suitable replacement for AddressBook or Plaxo, and Plaxo-Gmail sync doesn't appear to be supported.
• photos -> stay in iPhoto for traveling (tried digikam on Linux)
• copy Documents (excluding stuff like Documents/Adobe*, Documents/VirtualPC)
• browser bookmarks -> online bookmark manager such as del.icio.us
• iMovie -> kino
